  • Should I leave interior doors open or closed during cooling?

    The short answer is no. Closing doors causes air pressure to increase. The AC unit pushes air in, but it can’t get back out and when that happens it can cause the unit to forcefully push air out through gaps and cracks. These systems are closed loop which means they are meant to distribute only a certain amount of air.

  • How can I estimate how much I'm spending on air conditioning?
